A beautiful beach, with gorgeous turquoise seas, and fine white sand.

The bay is absolutely brilliant for kite surfing, windsurfing and kayaking. If you haven't tried kite surfing before, sign up for a beginner's course. The reliable, but not normaly too strong trade winds, and warm temperature make the beach an ideal spot to learn - but put on plenty of sunscreen. Another great idea is taking a guided kayaking tour of nearby Lanikai beach, and then across to the Mokulua Islands. These 2 islands, a protected bird sanctuary, have their own beautiful beaches - a great spot for a break from all that strenous paddling!
