Bio Marisa was lucky enough to grow up by the Californian coast. At school, her tall athletic physique proved a potent weapon for the volleyball team – they never lost a match when she played as outside hitter. Marisa’s modeling career began with a nude appearance for Perfect Ten, an adult magazine. More bits and pieces in the magazine followed, but branching out into other work proved difficult. Then came a chance meeting that changed everything. When Marisa was out surfing on Manhattan Beach, she ran into the famous fashion photographer Mario Testino. He was instantly taken by her sexy feminine figure, and a quick off-the-cuff photoshoot followed. One thing led to another, and Marisa was offered a chance to develop her modeling work. Marisa featured in the 2001 edition of Sports Illustrated, Swimsuit Edition, proving to be an instant success. Then came more highly promoted work with Victoria’s Secret. Marisa quickly became established as a top A-list model, and has become a firm favorite with both SI and VS. |
